First, i would look over this article on pre crashes, and prevention. According to adobe staff, the problem can be resolved by updating after effects to the latest version. However no luck this time with premiere.
Renaming The After Effects Folder.

Just To Further Clarify.it Does Not Abort The Render…The Render Produces A Finished.mov File.but The Movie Is Defective With Numerous Rendering Errors.
